Welcome to “The Very Merry Christmas Home Tour”. I’m so excited for this post today! Not only am I giving you a tour of my home, but I am working with a incredible group of my blogging friends to bring this to you.
Every lovey lady will be listed at the end of this post
First, I have to thank Terrie from Decorate and More with Tip for sending you over to my blog. How gorgeous is her home? I mean the blush color she used in her Christmas decor is so tasteful and elegant! Did you see the mirrored tree in her living room? Would you believe that was a DIY? check that tutorial out HERE . She’s extremely talented and I’m so lucky to be working with her on this Home Tour!
Let the Christmas Home Tour begin!
This is my pantry/ mudroom. We just recently added a second cabinet providing me with some much needed storage. I added a few touches of Christmas here. some candy canes and Christmas plates, nothing crazy.
Moving on to the kitchen.
My kitchen and dining room are open to one another. This shiplap wall was a DIY. Check out what I used to do it DIY Shiplap. I wanted to display my Holiday cards so all I did was grab some twine, hang it from the wall and used the extra clothespins from my DIY clothespin snowflake to clip the pictures up.
Please ignore the towel in the window. Silly me, I forgot to move before I went crazy taking pictures. Also, you may notice I have curtain rods up without curtains. New trend? Not quiet. the curtains were removed to be washed and well I’m lazy. Enough said.
Next stop, the living room.
Obviously Otis and Watson were over all the pictures.
That completes the downstairs portion of my home. Upstairs I only have a few things but a few very important things.
At the end of the hallway is where the infamous $35 Walmart flocked tree lives.
This shelf lives in my office and that glorious Santa picture was found at a garage sale. I have to say It’s one of my favorite Christmas decor pieces. Best money ever spent.
If you are still here (there were a lot of pictures) Thank you for sticking around!
I hope you enjoyed touring my home! I loved sharing it with you!
Tell me in the comments below Your decorating style. Do you decorate every room? Only one room? I’d love to hear!
